These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Source2Us service ("Service") as a takeaway/restaurant ("Client") or an end-user ("User"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.
2. Services Provided
Source2Us provides a platform for connecting Users with takeaway/restaurants. We handle incoming calls, receive orders on your behalf, and process them through our system.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date menu information, including descriptions and pricing.
- You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through the Source2Us platform in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- You are responsible for handling customer complaints and inquiries related to orders placed through Source2Us.
4. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Liability
- Source2Us strives to provide a reliable service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any delays, downtime, or technical issues that may occur.
- In case of service interruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to divert calls back to your takeaway/restaurant as soon as possible.
- Source2Us is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service, including but not limited to, delays in order processing, order errors, or dissatisfaction with food quality.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders.
- Users acknowledge that Source2Us facilitates the ordering process and is not responsible for the preparation, delivery, or quality of food from takeaway/restaurants.
- Users are responsible for contacting the takeaway/restaurant directly for any order-related issues or complaints.
6. Disclaimer of Liability for End Users
Source2Us is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the User's experience with takeaway/restaurants, including but not limited to, delays in delivery, food quality issues, or order discrepancies.
7. Term & Termination
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party with or without notice. We may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, with or without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Source2Us regarding your use of the Service.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Updates to Terms & Conditions
Source2Us may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Source2Us website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
